hahahha. ok fine, but in context it's spiritual! :-) it's called the "Lion's Pose" and you usually do it sitting down. It's a yoga pose. The funniest one though is the "breath of fire" from Harold and Maude, did you ever see that??? Beth and I used to do the "breath of fire" whenever we needed to release tension in a room or in a situation. I still do sometimes. oh..and get rid of hte word certification. it's SO annoying.
